Price and VAT
The selling prices of the products sold on the website www.rlrrlrll.clothing are exclusive of tax (HT). These prices do not include shipping and customs fees. For each order a detailed invoice will be attached.
RLRRLRLL reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order, and subject to availability.
2. VAT and taxes
· Delivery in Metropolitan France and Europe Community:
Items you order on the website are not subject to French VAT (19.6%). You do not have to pay a tax upon receipt of your package and you can not recover VAT.
· Delivery in the rest of the world and in the DOM TOM
The price will be calculated including VAT automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of RLRRLRLL. They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
Delivery of orders
Deliveries are made by La Poste, in "Colissimo, delivered without signature". Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours, directly in your mailbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a notice of the proceeding will be filed. You can then pick up your parcel at the nearest post office within 15 days. Follow at any time the delivery of your package on www.colissimo.fr
By opting for Colissimo delivery, you choose a carrier that offsets the CO2 emissions of all delivered parcels to reduce the environmental impact.
We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times (especially in the event of a strike), loss or damage caused by the carrier.
1) Your order did not reach you within 72 hours (without information from us)?
With your order number (which you will find in the e-mail of your order confirmation), contact us immediately by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will then launch an investigation with La Poste to carry out research. We promise to deliver within a 25 day deadline, if this is not the case, we will refund the full amount collected within 30 days.
A La Poste survey can last up to 21 days from the date of the start of the investigation.
2) The package is defective?
When receiving the package and after noting that it was defective (crushed, torn, open, wet package ...), we advise you to refuse.
If you decide to keep the package defective, we release ourselves from any liability.
3) After receiving your package, the item does not match my order?
Example: you ordered a T-shirt size S and you receive it in size L.
Contact us by mail (email@example.com) or by phone (+33 (0) 6 17 46 15 67). In this case we cover the cost of return of the product (s) taken (s) but also the costs of re-sending.
4) An article does not suit you?
If within 14 days of receipt of your goods an article does not suit you, contact us by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+33 (0) 6 17 46 15 67) to know the nature of your problem and find a solution with you.
RLRRLRLL does not accept the return of used, soiled or degraded items, or those whose labels have been torn off and the packaging destroyed. Please return your items with a parcel tracking number (ex: colissimo) and ensure that it has arrived in our premises. In case of high value of the parcel it is better to insure it. We disclaim any liability for any shipment that does not comply with this procedure (simple mailing etc.).
In any case, you will return the item in perfect condition in its original packaging and with attached labels, accompanied by the invoice. In case of non-compliance with these conditions RLRRLRLL reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
- For a simple return, we will refund your order in full, except the shipping costs.
- For an exchange (size / color), the payment of the forwarding costs remains your responsibility. Please enclose a check in euros for an amount corresponding to the postage on your return.
The price depends on your order and the choice of the mode of transport, and the distance from the country of destination. At the time of validating your order the delivery options and their rates will be clearly indicated, and reported on your invoice.
